This is a senior executive technology leadership role responsible for driving enterprise-wide IT strategy, operational excellence, and digital transformation across multiple critical domains, including infrastructure, cybersecurity, software engineering, and data/AI. You will act as a key partner to the CIO, translating strategic vision into scalable execution plans that support both business growth and client delivery commitments. The role requires strong cross-functional leadership across technical and managerial teams, ensuring alignment between technology investments and organizational priorities. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including senior management or director-level responsibility.
  • Proven experience managing multi-domain IT functions such as operations, cybersecurity, software engineering, and data.
  • Strong expertise in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and federal compliance standards (NIST, CMMC, FedRAMP).
  • Experience in managing large-scale IT budgets, vendor portfolios, and enterprise-level programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps, Agile/SAFe methodologies, and modern cloud or enterprise architecture practices (preferred).
  • Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL, cloud certifications) are a plus.
