Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership in partnership with the CIO, defining and executing multi-year IT strategy aligned with business and client objectives

Drive operational excellence through KPIs, SLAs, governance frameworks, and enterprise program management

Lead cybersecurity and risk management initiatives, ensuring compliance with frameworks such as NIST, CMMC, and FedRAMP

Guide software engineering practices, promoting DevSecOps, agile methodologies, and high-quality delivery standards

Shape enterprise data strategy and AI/ML initiatives, ensuring responsible, secure, and value-driven implementation

Manage vendor relationships, IT budgets, and technology investments to maximize efficiency and ROI

Build and lead high-performing teams by developing functional managers and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation
