Role Overview:

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Slack User/Specialist to work on a contract basis. This role involves administering and optimizing Slack workspaces to enhance team collaboration, automating workflows to improve efficiency, and integrating tools to streamline operations. Your expertise will contribute directly to shaping how organizations communicate and operate in a digital-first environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and configure Slack workspaces at the user level to ensure efficient collaboration and information flow.

• Develop and maintain Slack workflow automations to enhance productivity and streamline repetitive tasks for teams.

• Integrate Slack with other tools and platforms to optimize team operations and increase user engagement.

• Deliver remote training and onboarding sessions to ensure new users are proficient with Slack tools and best practices.

• Analyze Slack usage metrics to identify trends, optimize workspace settings, and recommend improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience administering Slack workspaces, including user management, channel organization, and permission settings.

• Proficiency in building and maintaining Slack workflow automations using Slack’s Workflow Builder or equivalent tools.

• Ability to integrate Slack with third-party applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM tools) to enhance functionality.

• Strong remote training and onboarding skills, with the ability to create clear documentation and conduct virtual sessions.

• Experience analyzing collaboration platform usage data to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
