- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, or related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years of progressive information systems leadership experience.
- Industry Core: Mandatory healthcare IT background with multi-site, EHR, and cybersecurity infrastructure management.
- Mobility: Must be able to travel regularly between the Carthage, NY and Ogdensburg, NY campuses.
- Rural Healthcare: Direct experience supporting Critical Access Hospitals or rural health clinics.
- Certifications: CHCIO, CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or PMP.
