Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and support SQL Server (2016–2022) in banking/financial environments
- Ensure high availability and zero/low downtime for critical banking systems
- Manage performance tuning, query optimization, indexing, and troubleshooting
- Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies aligned with banking RTO/RPO requirements
- Support High Availability solutions (Always On Availability Groups, FCI, Log Shipping, Replication)
- Enforce database security, encryption, and compliance with banking regulations (SOX, PCI-DSS, etc.)
- Monitor and optimize database performance using enterprise tools
- Work with application, infrastructure, and security teams in a regulated environment
- Automate DBA tasks using T-SQL, PowerShell, and SQL Server Agent Jobs

Required Skills:
