Director of Marketing

This leadership role is focused on building and scaling a high-performance growth engine that drives measurable revenue impact across acquisition, activation, and retention. You will operate at the intersection of growth marketing, product-led growth, and demand generation, shaping how a fast-scaling SaaS product reaches and converts its customers. The role requires a strong balance between strategy and hands-on execution, with direct ownership of key marketing performance metrics such as pipeline, conversion, and customer acquisition efficiency. You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to identify growth opportunities and improve the full customer journey.
