Key Responsibilities
Lead geotechnical aspects of the project including solution ponds, embankments, and associated earthworks
Develop and review design criteria, geotechnical models, stability analyses, deformation assessments, seepage analyses, and thermal modelling
Ensure designs are practical, cost-effective, and aligned with construction and operational realities
Provide geotechnical input to FS, detailed engineering, and optimization studies
Support development and implementation of facility governance frameworks and OMS / OMS Manuals aligned with Towards Sustainable Mining (TSM) Protocols
Support compliance with applicable legislation and guidance, including the Canadian Dam Act
Technical Skills Required
