Own the Liquidity Thesis series: research, write, and update in-depth reports on pre-IPO companies
Transform Clarity's proprietary trading data into market intelligence on liquidity, trading activity, and price movement
Build and write annual and quarterly reports on the largest private U.S. companies
Research and synthesize third-party research on institutional and high-net-worth investor approaches to private markets
Write a monthly investor newsletter and manage multiple deadlines across weekly, monthly, and quarterly content
Key Responsibilities
Own the Liquidity Thesis series by researching, writing, and updating in-depth reports on pre-IPO companies
Turn Clarity's trading data into market intelligence on trading activity, liquidity, market depth, investor participation, and price movement
Build the data and narrative for annual and quarterly reports on the largest private U.S. companies
Synthesize third-party research on how institutions, family offices, advisors, and ultra-high-net-worth investors approach private markets
Research and write a monthly investor newsletter
Manage multiple deadlines across weekly company reports, monthly newsletters, and quarterly research

Nice to Have
Knowledge of private markets or secondary markets including pre-IPO companies, venture capital, tender offers, and SPVs
Experience at a business or finance publication, research firm, or fintech
Proficiency with financial data tools such as PitchBook, Crunchbase, CB Insights, and Alphasense
Experience producing content in a regulated environment and working with compliance reviewers
Experience writing about institutional investors, family offices, wealth advisors, or high-net-worth investing
