Key Responsibilities

Take technical ownership of Guardian deployments from contract award to go-live and beyond

Ensure solution aligns with contracted requirements and Statement of Work

Capture customer requirements and configure Guardian accordingly

Create technical documentation relating to design and implementation

Work with customer's IT and Infrastructure leads to integrate Guardian solution

Collaborate with Guardian product engineering team on new features and integrations

Act as technical point of contact for customer and third party suppliers

Evaluate technical scope of change requests

Technical Skills Required
