Freelance | Remote across Europe | Ongoing contract
We’re working with a fast-growing fintech business looking for a Marketing Designer to join their Creative & Design Studio on a freelance basis. This role will support the creation of high-performing marketing creative across multiple digital and brand channels, working closely with marketing, product and creative leadership teams.
The business is looking for someone who can combine strong visual design skills with an understanding of performance marketing and regulated financial environments. You’ll be designing campaigns across paid social, display, search, OOH and partner channels, while helping maintain scalable templates, workflows and design systems across the wider brand ecosystem.
This is a great opportunity for a designer who enjoys balancing creativity with structure and is comfortable simplifying complex subject matter into engaging, conversion-focused creative.

Key requirements:
• 2+ years’ experience within fintech, financial services, trading platforms or regulated SaaS environments
• Strong portfolio covering paid social, display, search, OOH and digital campaign work
• Experience operating within compliance-heavy environments, including financial promotions, claims libraries and risk warnings
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, including audience targeting, conversion and brand consistency
• Experience building and maintaining scalable templates, workflows and design systems
• Advanced skills across Figma, Adobe Creative Suite and AI-supported creative tools
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional marketing, product and brand teams
