Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive test-eval strategies to validate AI models and ensure quality standards.
Collaborate with QA teams to create frameworks for continuous monitoring and retraining of AI systems.
Ensure test results are actionable and lead to measurable improvements in model performance.
Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, translating technical insights into actionable recommendations.
Prepare detailed reports on sprint velocity, test outcomes, and overall project health.
Identify inefficiencies in workflows and implement strategies for improvement.
Align cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration and minimize project delays.
