In this role, you will lead the creation and scaling of innovative AI-driven products within healthcare software used by thousands of professionals across multiple countries. You will be responsible for defining and executing the vision for integrating artificial intelligence into core clinical workflows, with a strong focus on improving efficiency, reducing administrative burden, and enhancing patient care. Operating in a fast-paced, remote-first and highly collaborative environment, you will take ownership of early-stage product development from concept to first user adoption at scale. This is a “0-to-1” role where you will shape new AI capabilities, validate ideas with users, and drive product-market fit in a regulated healthcare context. You will work closely with engineering, clinical, and data teams, ensuring that AI solutions are both technically robust and clinically meaningful.
