Key Responsibilities

Own the Hosto Agent product roadmap end-to-end, driving product strategy from onboarding activation through autonomous property management capabilities

Design and optimize conversational AI experiences, including escalation logic, memory systems, agent autonomy behaviors, and decision-making flows within chat-based interfaces

Lead onboarding and activation experiences that quickly demonstrate measurable value to hosts and improve retention and conversion outcomes

Define and refine autonomy frameworks such as Autopilot, Co-pilot, and Radar modes to balance user trust, control, and automation effectiveness

Collaborate closely with a dedicated engineering pod to deliver high-impact product iterations on a weekly release cadence

Translate product ideas into concise, implementation-ready specifications that streamline development and execution processes

Conduct regular customer interviews, demo sessions, feedback analysis, and behavioral research to continuously improve product-market fit

Monitor and optimize product performance metrics related to activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and agent reliability
