Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to lead marketing strategy for a high-growth, product-led SaaS solution within a large-scale service commerce ecosystem. You will be responsible for shaping and executing go-to-market strategies that directly impact customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Acting at the intersection of product, data, and growth, you will identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end user journey and remove friction points that limit conversion and lifetime value. This is a highly strategic yet hands-on leadership role requiring a strong experimentation mindset and deep PLG expertise. You will lead a cross-functional marketing organization spanning acquisition, lifecycle, and product marketing.
