Lifecycle Marketing Manager

This role is focused on driving meaningful customer engagement across the full lifecycle, from onboarding and activation to retention, expansion, and advocacy. You will design and execute data-driven marketing programs that help customers realize value faster, stay engaged longer, and grow their relationship with the platform. Working in a mission-driven, customer-centric environment, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations teams. The position blends strategic lifecycle thinking with hands-on execution across marketing automation, analytics, and customer communication. You will also play a key role in building scalable programs such as onboarding journeys, segmentation strategies, and customer advocacy initiatives. Success in this role requires a strong analytical mindset combined with creativity and a deep understanding of SaaS customer behavior.
