Key Responsibilities

Define and lead the strategic vision for Marketing Operations, building an AI-first operating model that enhances efficiency, scalability, and pipeline performance.

Architect and optimize the MarTech ecosystem, integrating AI-driven workflows, automation, and predictive systems while rationalizing legacy tools.

Own governance of Marketing Operations systems, including lifecycle strategy, lead management, segmentation, data quality, and attribution frameworks.

Drive AI adoption across Marketing, establishing use cases, measurement frameworks, and enablement programs to embed AI into daily operations.
