Key Responsibilities
Deeply familiarize yourself with each customer's agentic AI product.
Integrate with their system — SDK, API, browser automation, whatever it takes.
Design and create 500–10,000 evaluation tests per engagement based on AIUC's risk taxonomy.
Execute tests, judge outputs, package results, and present findings directly to customer engineering leadership.
Handle 3+ clients simultaneously, scaling to 10+ within 6 months.
Optionally join early sales calls to build trust with technical credibility.

💰 Compensation & Perks

• Salary: $250K – $350K base + competitive equity

• Location: San Francisco, 5 days/week onsite (strict — they tried remote and it was a "complete nightmare")

• Visa: H-1B and O-1 sponsorship available

• Travel: Minimal — maybe 1 week/quarter onsite at a customer
