SENIOR SEO SUPERVISOR in HO CHI MINH CITY METROPOLITAN AREA

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Lead and mentor an SEO team, setting clear goals and KPIs aligned with our company's objectives. 
• Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and visibility for our brand keywords. 
• Conduct comprehensive keyword research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth. 
• Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content development. 
• Oversee technical SEO audits and coordinate with the web development team to ensure website optimization. 
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance, providing reports to senior management and offering strategic recommendations. 
• Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to keep the team informed and our strategies effective. 
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure a cohesive online presence that protects against competitive threats, including phishing sites. 
• Manage and optimize local and international SEO efforts to target and engage our diverse audience effectively. 

JOB REQUIREMENT 

Knowledge and experience work 

• A solid background in SEO 
• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, information technology, or a related discipline is preferred. 
• At least 3 years of experience in an SEO leadership role. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Willingness to relocate to one of the SEA countries. 
• Be able to work independently. 
• Proven experience in leading an SEO team with a track record of improving search rankings and driving organic traffic. 
• Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO principles and techniques. 
• Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs) and the ability to extract and interpret data effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to develop creative solutions to overcome ranking issues. 
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving set goals.
