We are looking for a creative UI Design Specialist to join our Dubai office and help produce engaging experiences. Someone who can solve UX challenges and produce pixel-perfect UI solutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with digital marketers and stakeholders to design solutions that will help improve the user experience and drive improvement on our main KPI goals on Puffy.com.
2. Make data-driven, customer-centered design decisions.
3. Work closely with the front-end developer to bring the design solutions to life.
4. Create design deliverables such as variations for A/B tests, wireframes, and page designs.
5. Dive deep into session replays, heat mapping, and site analytics to understand customer behaviour.
6. Continuously prioritize and recommend design opportunities based on hypotheses formed from past data and best practices.

Required skills/experience:

1. Minimum 7+ years’ UI design experience for digital products or services.
2. Good experience in designing Landing Pages with Conversion Rates Optimization.
3. Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite
4. Expertise in Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop + Illustrator) is highly preferred.
5. Experience with UX design patterns and creating user-centered designs
6. Familiar with email campaign designs & and implementation of Branding and identity
7. Able to design responsive sites and mobile
8. A portfolio of professional UI design work for both web and mobile platforms.
9. Exceptional design skills, production value, and attention to detail
10. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
11. Up-to-date with the latest UX/UI trends, techniques, and technologies
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
13. A team player but can work independently too.
14. Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
