Key Responsibilities

Support workforce planning and budgeting: Partner with Finance, People Operations and Stakeholders on headcount forecasting, cost modeling, and scenario analysis.

Improve data accuracy and transparency: Reconcile HR data with financial systems, ensuring consistency across payroll, accruals, and reporting.

Deliver actionable HR financial insights: Build and maintain reports and dashboards covering headcount, compensation, benefits, attrition metrics.

Analyze large datasets: Work with complex HR and financial data sets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Enable better decision-making: Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for Finance, HR, and leadership.

Optimize processes: Help streamline HR-related financial reporting and improve existing analytical workflows in Excel/Google Sheets.

Collaborate cross-functionally: Act as a trusted partner to HR, Accounting, and FP&A teams on people-related financial topics.
