Job Description

IT Support Engineer | L2 | Fully Remote

A Leading Provider of Enterprise Servers & Cloud Solutions looking to hirea proactive IT Support Engineer to join the L2 team.

You’ll be the primary technical contact for complex enquiries, acting as the escalation point for our Service Desk and driving end-to-end technical projects.

The Role

Technical Escalation: Resolve L2 issues escalated from L1/Service Desk.
Project Delivery: Lead technical assignments from conception to high-quality delivery.
Incident Management: Troubleshoot remote environments, manage Jira SD queues, and document lessons learned.
Continuous Improvement: Identify procedure gaps and build out our internal Knowledge Base.
