Job Description

This position is responsible for developing IT technology center’s talent acquisition strategy, analysing recruitment needs, design and implement recruitment solutions including recruitment process, tools, systems, policies and guidance that are appropriate to local needs and ensure the alignment with the global and regional guidelines.
This position would also be responsible to implement the recruiting and Talent Acquisition initiatives in the centre, manage university relationships, and responsible for the executive recruiting and employer branding initiatives.
