Senior Business Analyst - Oracle FLEXCUBE, Financial Systems

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (Remote EST Hours)

Employment Type: 7-month Contract

Location: Remote, United States (Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone hours)

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support enterprise-level financial systems initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands-on expertise in Oracle FLEXCUBE, extensive experience with SQL, MS Excel, Python, and Data Analysis, and deep functional knowledge of Corporate Banking operations.

This role is fully remote but requires availability during Eastern Time business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between technical and business teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting using SQL and Excel.
• Develop insights and recommendations from large datasets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
• Support system integration, testing, and deployment activities related to Oracle FLEXCUBE.
• Provide subject matter expertise in Trade Finance, Treasury, and Lending processes.
• Partner with developers and stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
  
  
  

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8 - 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst within financial services or IT environments.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle FLEXCUBE (required).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, MS Excel, and Data Analysis.
• Python programming experience.
• Functional knowledge of Corporate Banking operations.
• Strong understanding of Trade Finance, Treasury, and Lending domains.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Familiarity with Big Data and Hadoop Ecosystem (MapR).
