About the Opportunity:
The SENIOR ANALYST, HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT is responsible for leading data migration and integration projects, transforming complex HR data into actionable insights, and supporting strategic HR decision-making. This role bridges technical execution and business communication by ensuring HR stakeholders understand the implications of data through clear storytelling and visualization. The position contributes to enhancing data integrity, reporting accuracy, and workforce analytics to support organizational objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead HR data migration projects from legacy to modern HRIS platforms
- Design strategies for data mapping, cleansing, and validation
- Coordinate integration solutions across HR systems including payroll, benefits, and learning platforms
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement automated data flows
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance during migrations
- Validate data quality and reconcile discrepancies
- Synthesize complex HR data into clear narratives
- Translate HR metrics into business insights for leadership
- Develop visualizations and dashboards that communicate employee data effectively
- Identify trends and anomalies in workforce data
- Present findings with actionable recommendations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR analytics, HRIS, or HR systems implementation
- Proven leadership in HRIS, payroll, or benefits data migration projects
- Strong understanding of HR data structures and employee lifecycle data
- Knowledge of system integration and data flow concepts
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL
- Experience in data transformation and quality management
- Excellent storytelling and presentation capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
