Product Manager

Revival Talent Solutions have partnered with a VC-backed fintech that’s redefining how banks process and approve business loans through an AI-native lending platform. The company is already working with paying customers and top lenders, using AI to automate up to 90% of the manual work that slows down loan origination today.

You’ll join as the first Product Manager, working directly with the CEO and a senior engineering team. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role where you’ll help shape the product, the process, and the company’s next phase of growth. The team sits at the intersection of AI and financial infrastructure - translating cutting-edge technology into secure, intuitive workflows used in production by regulated lenders.

What You’ll Own

• Lead end-to-end product development — from discovery with lenders through launch and iteration
• Define and manage product roadmaps across origination, onboarding, automation, and decisioning
• Turn complex AI workflows (LLMs, document parsing, decision automation) into clean, intuitive UX
• Write crisp PRDs, release notes, and acceptance criteria for enterprise-grade deployments
• Partner closely with engineering to ensure scalability, accuracy, and compliance
• Build the foundation of the product function — SDLC, documentation, release cadence, and best practices
• Work directly with executives and customers to turn insights into shippable, measurable outcomes

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, AI, or enterprise SaaS
• Strong technical grounding (Computer Science degree or prior engineering experience preferred)
• Experience with SMB lending, loan origination, or financial infrastructure products
• Proven ability to write clear documentation and communicate effectively with engineers
• Detail-oriented, execution-driven, and comfortable working directly with founders
• Thrive in fast-moving environments where ownership and autonomy are the norm

This role is on-site in the Bay Area, with relocation support available for the right candidate. The company offers a competitive base salary with meaningful equity, reflecting the impact and ownership this position carries. They’re also open to H-1B transfers and TN visas.
