Key Responsibilities
Define and own the vision, roadmap, and strategy for Envoy’s Workplace Platform, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals
Launch and drive success/failure of products/features, setting and tracking metrics for performance and impact
Act as the primary liaison between customers, sales/success teams, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and drive iterations
Lead pricing, packaging, and sales training for products, ensuring seamless handoffs across functions
Storytelling internally to align engineering, design, and leadership teams with product goals and priorities
Conduct beta testing and internal dogfooding to validate product quality and usability
Elevate product execution processes and standards within a growing, cross-functional team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, sales) to deliver integrated workplace solutions
