Key Responsibilities
Own customer outcomes for core product areas such as voice agent behavior, onboarding, testing, and AI-driven automation
Define strategy, roadmap, and success metrics based on customer pain, adoption, and business impact
Develop deep customer understanding through user engagement, call transcript reviews, and support sessions
Author clear, outcome-driven PRDs that align engineering, design, and stakeholders
Incorporate competitive and market insights into product strategy and prioritization
Partner closely with engineering to design scalable solutions and evaluate tradeoffs
Work cross-functionally with Sales, CX, and Customer Success to reflect buying signals in product priorities
Partner with design to shape end-to-end user experiences from problem framing to execution
Drive cross-functional execution by planning, sequencing, and tracking product initiatives
Validate solutions with customers early using prototypes, betas, and rapid iterations
Establish product rituals that keep the organization customer-focused
