🚀 What You’ll Do
🎯 Lead end-to-end recruitment — own hiring from sourcing to offer across video, SEO, content, apps, and media.
💡 Build smart hiring strategies for niche roles in global markets.
🤝 Partner with hiring managers to define roles, design assessments, and make great decisions.
🧠 Bring data — use insights to shape better, faster hiring.
✨ Be the voice of our brand — manage GTM’s LinkedIn & Instagram presence, plan authentic content, and celebrate our people.
📈 Optimize and scale — improve processes, track metrics, and keep us moving fast.
🌟 Deliver top-tier candidate experiences that make people want to join us — even if they don’t (yet).
🔍 What You Bring
✅ 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in fast-growing digital, tech, or iGaming companies
✅ Experience hiring for remote, international teams
✅ Confidence working directly with founders and hiring managers
✅ Excellent communication and copywriting skills (you can write job ads people actually read)
✅ Strategic mindset + ability to influence with data
