Location: Newcastle upon Tyne (Hybrid – 2 days per week in the office)

The Role
You’ll collaborate across Product and Implementation Engineering to design, build, and support a world-class, high-performance platform. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Software Engineer who wants to work on complex, modern systems in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and implement innovative software solutions aligned with project and business goals
- Provide proactive support and troubleshooting for team-owned components
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to refine requirements
- Contribute to code reviews, promote best practices, and share technical insights
- Stay up to date with the latest technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation
- Mentor and share knowledge within and across teams
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with C# and the Microsoft .NET ecosystem
- Passion for scalable, high-availability systems
- Experience or knowledge of Node.js, TypeScript, and Angular (a strong plus)
- Familiarity with MS Azure, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and Kubernetes preferred
- Exposure to Azure SQL, MongoDB, and high-volume transactional systems advantageous
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to innovate, learn, and contribute to a forward-thinking engineering culture
