Our client is looking for a world-class Software Engineer who loves simplifying complex systems, unifying fragmented data, and building highly scalable backend systems. You’ll join a small, high-performing team working on some of the most interesting technical challenges — from building integrations with legacy, on-prem systems to designing unified data models that support millions of API requests per day.

What You’ll Do
- Build and scale backend infrastructure capable of handling millions of API requests daily.
- Design scalable data models and authentication frameworks that unify fragmented systems.
- Develop modern solutions that connect to older, on-prem systems (SQL-based, DLL-based, or API-based).
- Collaborate closely with customers to ship code daily and iterate quickly based on feedback.
- Work across the stack — backend, APIs, and frontend — to build cohesive, reliable products.
- Innovate in operational excellence by creating testing frameworks to catch edge cases across 1,000+ endpoints.
- Own features end-to-end: from architecture design to implementation, deployment, and monitoring.
What You’ll Bring
- 1–5 years of experience in backend or full-stack engineering.
- Strong fundamentals in computer science and distributed systems.
- Experience with modern infrastructure tools like Redis, Postgres, AWS (CDK, EC2).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
