We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Email Developer to create visually engaging email campaigns and digital marketing content for a fast-growing, fully remote environment. In this role, you will design responsive HTML emails, motion graphics, and promotional videos that drive engagement and conversion across global audiences. You will collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure consistent branding and high-quality visual storytelling. Accountabilities
- Design and develop responsive HTML email campaigns optimized for engagement and conversion
- Create captivating motion graphics and video content for marketing initiatives, including promotional and case study videos
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines
- Test and troubleshoot email templates across multiple devices and email clients to ensure quality and responsiveness
- Maintain a library of reusable design components and templates for efficient production workflows
- Stay updated with trends in email marketing, digital design, and motion graphics to continuously improve content quality
Requirements
- Proven experience in HTML, CSS, and email development frameworks
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong skills in motion graphics and video content creation for digital platforms
- Ability to translate marketing goals into visually compelling campaigns
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
