We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Engineer to join a remote, cross-functional team building scalable, high-performance web applications. In this role, you will lead frontend development efforts, creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces while collaborating closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers. Your contributions will impact millions of users across multiple regions, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Accountabilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript
- Implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces following best practices in UI/UX design
- Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product teams, and designers to deliver seamless features
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and monitoring
- Mentor junior engineers and advocate for best practices, code quality, and maintainability
- Optimize performance and scalability of web applications to handle high-traffic usage
- Contribute to architectural discussions, design patterns, and state management strategies
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in React.js (Class Components, Functional Components, Hooks) and TypeScript
- Solid understanding of state management tools and frontend architecture
- Expert knowledge of HTML, CSS, and frontend development fundamentals
- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js is a plus
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a frontend or full-stack engineer
- Experience in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining high-quality applications
- Proven ability to work in remote, distributed teams with strong asynchronous communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Strong communication skills for effectively collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Bonus: SaaS experience, subscription management, access auditing, FinTech knowledge, and pixel-perfect UI implementation
