Company Overview

At Motorola Solutions, we believe that everything starts with our people. We’re a global close-knit community, united by the relentless pursuit to help keep people safer everywhere. Our critical communications, video security and command center technologies support public safety agencies and enterprises alike, enabling the coordination that’s critical for safer communities, safer schools, safer hospitals and safer businesses. Connect with a career that matters, and help us build a safer future.

Department Overview

You know that feeling when you see an ambulance or fire truck speed by? We build the software that makes their communication possible all over the world.

It wouldn’t be possible without proper testing. Do you enjoy finding that one critical bug that everyone else missed? Are you passionate about building smart automation that makes everyone's life easier? We're looking for a Quality Engineer to help us ensure our software is rock-solid.

Here in our Kraków office, we're the team behind the Motorola Fleet management software. In simple terms, it's the brain that programs and manages the radios used by first responders and major organizations all over the world. We have the stability of a global leader, and we operate with a tight-knit team vibe.

This isn't your typical QA job. You'll do a mix of hands-on testing in our lab and writing clever automation. A huge part of your role will be a top priority for us: using modern AI tools to help us convert our library of manual tests into efficient, reliable automated scripts. You’ll be directly shaping the future of how we do quality.

This position requires a minimum of two days per week to be worked from the Kraków office location
