Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement robust project management frameworks (including Agile, SAM) that ensure efficient stakeholder management, project governance, vendor, and resource management across the portfolio. 
  • Use tools like Smartsheet to provide real-time data and insights about project health status checks and manage dashboards that reflect project delivery key elements. 
  • Establish 10 key principles in project management to guide teams and improve workflow efficiency. 
  • Create and maintain dashboards for a comprehensive project health status check, including elements such as timelines, budget utilization, resource allocation, risk assessments, and impact potential. 
  • Analyze scenarios and provide insights on key elements in successful project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. 
  • Prepare and present concise status updates across up to 100 projects on a single slide for various departments, focusing on strategic priorities and operational efficiencies. 
  • Oversee the financial aspects of running an IT company, identifying and managing different costs such as operational, capital, human resources, technology, and vendor-related expenses. 
  • Develop portfolio management processes and tools to ensure alignment with strategic business goals and drive improvements in efficiency and quality. 
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure integration of operational improvements and strategic initiatives, aligning them with broader business objectives. 

Core Skills (Must-Have): 
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management and the ability to manage large-scale projects across multiple departments simultaneously. 
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies (including Agile) and tools (such as Smartsheet). 
  • Competence in financial management and cost analysis. 
  • Ability to communicate complex project statuses effectively to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring clarity and strategic alignment. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on strategic objectives and performance optimization. 

Good to Have: 
  • Experience in scenario-based analysis and strategic decision-making. 
  • Familiarity with the development of project management principles and governance frameworks. 
  • Skills in creating dynamic and informative visual presentations that capture the breadth of projects within an organization.
