  • Implement experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, bandit models) to validate new fraud prevention strategies safely
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Commercial teams to embed data insights into dashboards, APIs, and pricing strategies
  • Present findings, results, and strategic recommendations to executives, customers, and stakeholders clearly and persuasively
  • Drive innovation in platform signals, features, and feedback loops to enhance system intelligence and speed

Requirements

  • Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with modern data infrastructure, including Kafka, Flink, feature stores, and vector databases
  • Experience managing and delivering POC/POV workstreams with measurable customer outcomes
  • Exceptional executive presence and storytelling skills, capable of communicating complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Passion for hands-on problem solving and working in high-stakes, fast-paced environments
  • Authorization to work in the United States or Canada

Benefits

  • Competitive base salary: US$220K-$275K / CA$310K-$375K plus Series C equity with significant upside potential
  • Remote-first culture: work from home, the beach, or anywhere you're productive
  • Flexible paid time off, year-end break, and self-care days
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage for employees and dependents
  • Retirement contributions: 401(k) match in the US / RRSP match in Canada
  • MacBook Pro delivered to your door and a one-time home office stipend
  • Monthly meal and social meet-up stipends, annual wellness and learning stipends
