Video Solutions teams in R&D center in Krakow have been growing dynamically since 2019. Currently, we have more than 180 specialists on board working on solutions for cameras, video analytics, video management systems as well as access control.
We bring advanced video and analytics capabilities to public safety and commercial customers including healthcare, airports, retail, critical infrastructure and public venues. Video is no longer reactive – looking back at what has taken place – but it also informs proactively, issuing alerts in real-time when a person, object or vehicle appears or a perimeter is crossed. This critical intelligence enables users to take the right action more quickly.

Job Description
Analyzes, develops, designs, and maintains software Automation Test script for the organization’s products and systems. Performs system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency. Develops, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation. Assist in resolving customer field issues on live, production systems. Troubleshoot customer reported issues Maintain client/server product.
Basic Requirements
The Krakow Enterprise Video Security organization is looking for a Test Manager who will build a product quality team working with multiple Avigilon products inc. different types of cameras, Avigilon Control Center, Avigilon Control Manager, Avigilon Cloud Services, mobile application. We are looking for an open-minded, self-motivated person willing to pursue their ideas, evaluate alternatives and cooperate.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring we release high quality products
- Recruiting and leading a team of talented test engineers
- Collaborating with the team to plan and coordinate all testing activities (defining strategy, test creation, execution, and automation), and to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Organizing the team's work to build and maintain a comprehensive lab environment for testing integrated video security products.
Specific Knowledge/Skills
- MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Automation, Telecommunication or a related technical engineering discipline
- Minimum 3 years of work experience as Team Manager for Product or System Test
- Ability to combine people and project leadership skills with an understanding of technical details
- Proven experience in driving initiatives and proposing solutions
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, team spirit and adaptability
- Communicative English (both written and spoken)
