We are seeking a skilled Senior DevOps Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of a fast-growing SaaS platform. In this role, you will drive infrastructure improvements, implement automation-first solutions, and provide operational excellence across cloud environments. You will collaborate closely with development teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines, manage Kubernetes clusters, and enhance observability and monitoring practices. This is a high-impact, fully remote position where your work will enable engineering teams to deliver rapidly and reliably, all while fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement. Accountabilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, using modern DevOps methodologies
  • Collaborate with development teams to containerize applications, maintain Kubernetes clusters, and provide reliable platform tooling
  • Lead infrastructure design decisions, security practices, and observability improvements to enhance system reliability
  • Automate processes to reduce toil, increase efficiency, and enable rapid software delivery
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production issues, participating in on-call rotations and incident management in a blameless culture
  • Coach and mentor team members on DevOps best practices, infrastructure-as-code, and operational excellence
  • Continuously evaluate and adopt new technologies to improve the platform's performance, scalability, and reliability


Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps tools, and methodologies
  • Expert-level proficiency with AWS services and best practices; GCP knowledge is a plus
  • Extensive experience with Terraform/OpenTofu for infrastructure as code, including modular deployments and multi-environment management; Terragrunt knowledge is a plus
  • Strong Linux administration skills, networking knowledge, Bash scripting, and security best practices
  • Professional experience with Kubernetes; familiarity with Helm and ArgoCD is a plus
  • Solid understanding of monitoring, logging, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles, including golden signals and toil reduction
  • Ability to read and debug production code to identify infrastructure-related issues
  • Experience with on-call rotations and responding to production incidents
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with a collaborative mindset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving DevOps technologies
