Feodor’s team is a developer of payment solutions for clients in the financial industry. We are developing payment methods and improving security. Technology startup since 2022.

Our company’s partners can accept payments from their clients in different regions using our payment solutions.

IT is a large part of the company, the structure in it (as in the company as a whole) is flat and all teams are equal.

We currently have two development teams and one DevOps team that serves all development teams. Development teams are cross-functional. They have all the necessary specialists to bring a task from idea to production (analyst, QA, developers).

We are looking for a dynamic Senior Business Systems Analyst with Project Management skills to join our team and lead the development of our innovative payments and fiat transfer product. This role is crucial for driving the project vision, interacting with key stakeholders, and ensuring our product meets the evolving needs of our partners and users.

• Vision and Strategy: Take overall responsibility for the project vision and strategic direction, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and maintain continuous communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Project Planning: Prepare project roadmaps, and ensure timely progress and adherence to deadlines
• Scope Management: Monitor and manage the scope of tasks to ensure project objectives
• Requirements Gathering: Analyze and transform business requirements into detailed system requirements for the development team
• Optimization: Work closely with partners to identify opportunities for product enhancement and optimization
• Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the development team and partners, manage daily meetings, planning sessions, and retrospectives

• 5+ years experience in product development as a Business System Analyst
• Strong knowledge of requirements management and its modern techniques such as Use Cases or User Stories
• Understanding of non-functional requirements and their role in software development processes
• Great understanding of integration processes and the ability to design integration schemas involving multiple systems with different types of integration mechanisms
• Good experience in business processes and notations such as BPMN and UML
• Good knowledge of Web Services and REST API, GRPC, and microservices architecture
• Experience with databases with a good knowledge of SQL, allowing you to select the information you need by yourself
• Understanding of basic concepts of UI/UX
• Experience in iterative development mode, understanding of Scrum framework
• Knowledge of the fundamentals of the theory of algorithms, database theory, systems theory, system analysis, and information security
• Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong self-management skills: decomposition of complex tasks, time management, critical path thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
• At least an Intermediate level of English.
