Responsibilities

  • Quality Assurance: Lead the QA efforts to ensure the highest quality in every phase of the product development. Conduct thorough QA sessions and coordinate testing strategies to identify and resolve defects.
  • Ticket Management: Organize and create tickets focused on development tasks, ensuring they are clearly defined and aligned with our quality objectives and product roadmap.
  • Collaboration: Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless integration of feedback and adherence to quality standards.
  • Backlog Management: Prioritize the product backlog with an emphasis on critical quality issues and the overall enhancement of product reliability.
  • Feedback Integration: Serve as the primary liaison for incorporating customer and stakeholder feedback into the development process, with a particular focus on improving product quality and user experience.


Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, product operations and/or business operations
  • English proficiency of level B1 or higher.
  • EU Citizenship or EU Work Permit
  • Willing to work on-site in Wrocław


Compensation As a Quality Assurance Engineer

Approximate Salary: PLN 10000 - 24800 – net/month – B2B contract

Approximate Salary: PLN 8200 - 20400 – gross/month – Permanent employment contract

Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.

Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at Workbase. You may also be eligible for incentives, in the form of monthly team performance bonuses (up to 35% more salary), virtual company stock (stock options), profit sharing and or long-term cash awards.

Preferred (but not mandatory) Skills and Experience:

  • 4+ years of experience in product management, management consulting, growth strategy, go-to-market planning, product operations and/or business operations
  • 2+ years in early and growth stage startups working with lean teams
  • Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives
  • Distinctive business judgment and communication skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize the most impactful actions for the organization even in ambiguous situations
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving and analysis skills
  • Experience analyzing data, identifying insights, and developing creative approaches to solving problems
  • Proven ability to facilitate new strategies for a product
  • Experience identifying operational issues and recommending & implementing strategies to resolve problems.
  • Deeply passionate about user experience and building great mobile/web applications.
