Your Responsibilities

  • Design and implement semantic search systems using vector embeddings and retrieval models.
  • Integrate vector search engines (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, OpenSearch) with AWS Bedrock for semantic retrieval and embedding-based search.
  • Maintenance (enhancement, defect and support) of a collection of internal utilities linked to Cadence Virtuoso framework (mainly coded in SKILL, Python, Bash)
  • Create technical documentation and trainings associated to tools development.

Your Profile

  • MS/MSc degree in Computer Science with software expertise with minimum 5 years’ experience
  • IC domain-specific knowledge (base to support semantic) understanding of analog IC concepts.
  • Mandatory programming languages (per priority)
  • Python software expert - Python object-oriented programming Database knowledge (e.g. such as , OpenSearch Database knowledge) Linux environment and Compilation (Bash / CMake)
  • Developed verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with vector databases and semantic search technologies.
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.

Technical Knowledge(s) Of Following Items Is a Plus

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS) Bedrock
  • Experience with MLOps practices and deployment pipelines.
  • Configuration management tools (e.g. Git)
  • Experience with CI/CD frameworks
  • Ticketing system/Bug-tracking tools (e.g. Jira)
  • Testing platform knowledge e.g. Robot Framework
  • OSS basic knowledge (which OSS can be reused or not, copyright management)
  • Object-Oriented programming (C/C++, Python, …)
  • Cadence SKILL
  • Bash / Shell
  • Experienced in customization of Cadence IC Virtuoso Design Environment

Furthermore you

  • Demonstrate good analysis and problem-solving skills, you have effective interpersonal, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative skills for working efficiently in a team having worldwide connections with partners and users.
  • Are self-driven and passionate about learning and the IC industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI tools into existing design environments.

Contract: This is a full-time position with a permanent contract. However, we are open to discuss a part-time opportunity (between 32 and 38 hours) as well.
