Your Role Will Include:
- Building and maintaining robust full-stack features using React and Ruby on Rails
- Engaging across the full development cycle — from concept to deployment
- Improving app performance and proactively addressing bugs
- Managing mobile app store submissions (Apple & Google Play)
- Collaborating within a remote, time-synced team operating on CST hours
We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of experience in full-stack development or related roles
- Proficiency with React, Ruby on Rails, HTML/CSS, and scalable architecture
- Hands-on experience submitting apps to iOS and Android stores
- A background in working with international, product-driven teams
- A strong GitHub or portfolio showcasing clean, production-level code
- Excellent English communication skills (C1 or higher) — written and spoken
