Product Owner in ARGENTINA

Sky Systems, Inc. (SkySys) is seeking a skilled Product Owner to join a global digital transformation initiative. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and agile delivery ensuring that priorities are clear, collaboration is strong, and products deliver measurable value.

As the Product Owner, you’ll own the product backlog, bridge communication between stakeholders and technical teams, and guide agile delivery through effective prioritization, clarity, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Backlog Management

• Own and manage user stories within the product backlog, ensuring it’s updated, prioritized, and aligned with the roadmap.
• Write clear, actionable user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria.
• Continuously refine and prioritize the backlog based on stakeholder input and changing business needs.

🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Product Managers to translate product strategy into development priorities.
• Engage closely with Engineering, Architecture, and Business teams to align requirements and validate delivery.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and development teams.

🔹 Technical Leadership

• Provide technical direction and context to ensure solutions align with product goals and architectural standards.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders and integration teams to ensure scalability and feasibility.
• Review and validate technical designs and implementation approaches.

🔹 Sprint Planning & Delivery

• Participate in sprint planning, ensuring clear understanding of priorities and user stories.
• Support the development team throughout each sprint with clarification and feedback.
• Validate completed work to ensure features meet acceptance criteria and business value.

🔹 Continuous Improvement

• Track and analyze KPIs to evaluate product performance.
• Participate in retrospectives and drive initiatives that improve product quality and delivery efficiency.
• Stay current on emerging technologies and agile best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

✅ 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in agile environments

✅ Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

✅ Proven ability to manage teams and prioritize work in a fast-moving environment

✅ Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)

✅ Technical awareness to collaborate effectively with engineering and architecture teams

✅ Ability to synthesize complex business and technical needs into actionable plans
