The Role
The company is looking for its first dedicated Full Stack Engineer to own the end-to-end development of mission-critical systems. This role involves building both backend microservices and frontend interfaces that power client-facing products, ensuring reliability, performance, and precision across all layers of the stack. The engineer will work closely with the founding team to scale systems that move real funds in real time.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and scale full stack applications for high-volume, real-time stablecoin transactions.
- Develop and maintain TypeScript-based microservices on Kubernetes, ensuring performance, reliability, and security.
- Build intuitive, high-performance frontend interfaces (React, Next.js, or similar) for client and internal applications.
- Implement rigorous testing, monitoring, and risk management practices across all layers of the stack.
- Collaborate with the founding team on technical architecture, product roadmap, and client-facing deliverables.
- Lead incident response and rapid debugging for live production systems.
- Maintain exceptional attention to quality, precision, and accountability in every code path.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of software engineering experience, with significant full stack exposure.
- Proficiency in TypeScript across both backend and frontend environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous communication, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar).
- Prior experience with Trading Systems
- Prior experience in fintech, payments, or crypto infrastructure strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience in DeFi, stablecoin systems, or high-availability financial platforms.
- Background in high-trust technical environments such as top-tier tech firms or academic institutions.
- Strong product mindset with the ability to translate user needs into scalable, secure systems.
