Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time (with at least 3–4 hours overlap with APAC timezone)
Overview
We are seeking a senior-level Manager, Risk Advisory Services specializing in Cybersecurity Assurance and Governance to provide strategic advisory support across multiple portfolio companies in the APAC region.
This is a bilingual role (Japanese or Korean + English), ideal for a professional who can confidently engage with senior business and technical stakeholders while advising on cybersecurity assurance, risk, and governance matters. The position is fully remote and open to candidates based anywhere, provided they can work partially aligned with APAC hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee cybersecurity assurance assessments across diverse business entities.
- Advise stakeholders on vulnerability management, incident response, cyber risk management, and assurance frameworks.
- Review and strengthen cybersecurity controls and policies to align with global standards.
- Communicate effectively with senior management, providing clear and actionable risk insights.
- Collaborate closely with global and regional teams to ensure consistent assurance practices.
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese or Korean, with strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Senior Manager level or above, with proven experience in cybersecurity assurance, governance, or advisory roles.
- Broad understanding of cyber domains, including incident response, risk management, and vulnerability assessment.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and reporting skills.
- Able to work Monday to Friday, with at least 3–4 hours overlap with APAC business hours.
