What Youβll Do
π» Provide first-level IT support via phone, chat, and ticketing systems.
π₯οΈ Troubleshoot hardware, software, mobile devices, and VPN connectivity.
π Manage accounts in Active Directory (password resets, unlocks, group memberships).
π§ Support Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
π± Assist users with iPhones, iPads, and tablets.
π Accurately document incidents and resolutions in ITSM tools.
π€ Collaborate with higher-level support teams to resolve escalated issues.
What Weβre Looking For
β 1β2 years of IT Support / Service Desk experience.
β Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
β Advanced English proficiency (C1) β written & spoken.
β Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy.
β Excellent communication and customer service skills.
β¨ Nice to Have: CompTIA A+, Network+, or basic networking knowledge (IP, DNS, DHCP).
Position Details
ποΈ Schedule: Full-time availability required (Pacific Time shifts).

π Location: El Salvador only (Other positions might be open to latam)
π Contract Type: Independent Contractor (Freelancer)
