Director of Product, Infrastructure and Developer Productivity in the
United States.
In this role, you will lead product strategy for infrastructure and developer productivity, driving initiatives that empower engineering teams to innovate faster while ensuring system reliability and scalability. You will manage and mentor a team of product managers, collaborating closely with engineering, security, and cross-functional partners to shape technical roadmaps and influence investment decisions. Your leadership will directly impact developer velocity, platform performance, and business outcomes across globally distributed systems. The role requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and exceptional communication to translate complex challenges into actionable plans, all within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Accountabilities:
- Define and execute product strategy for infrastructure and developer productivity, balancing long-term scalability with immediate business needs
- Lead and mentor product managers, fostering a high-performing, collaborative team
- Partner with engineering and technical leadership to shape roadmaps, align priorities, and make build-versus-buy decisions
- Establish and track key success metrics to measure platform performance, developer efficiency, and reliability
- Champion cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Security, Product Management, Data, and Finance
- Stay informed on emerging technologies and translate them into actionable strategies that improve productivity and system performance
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to executives and stakeholders while advocating for strategic infrastructure investments
Requirements
- Extensive experience in product management with a strong technical background in distributed systems, developer tooling, and platform reliability
- Proven track record leading and growing product management teams, with experience fostering cross-functional collaboration
- Strategic and systems-level thinking, turning complex technical challenges into actionable, scalable plans
- Experience with cloud platforms, container orchestration, CI/CD tools, and observability platforms
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills, capable of aligning executives and technical leaders
- Demonstrated ability to operate at scale, driving reliability, performance, and developer velocity across multi-tenant SaaS platforms
- Curiosity and openness to emerging technologies, including AI, to unlock innovation and accelerate progress
