Head of Demand Generation– Growth AI Cyber Security Start-up

We are looking for a Head of Demand Generation to build an innovative Demand Generation practice from scratch. You’ll own the strategy and execution of campaigns that reach enterprise

security leaders partnering with the founders and sales team to build scalable

growth.

You would design and run the programs that will fuel the sales pipeline from the

ground up, creating demand for an innovative cybersecurity platform with co-founders with a proven track record.

Brief overview:

• Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation programs (email, paid media, webinars, events, ABM, and content syndication).
• Partner with sales to align campaigns with target accounts and pipeline goals.
• Build and optimize inbound lead funnels, ensuring quality lead flow for BDRs.
• Own campaign measurement and reporting — track performance, pipeline influence, and ROI.
• Experiment with new channels and tactics to test, learn, and scale what works.
• Support presence at industry events, conferences, and community initiatives.
• Collaborate with leadership on messaging, positioning, and thought leadership content.

This position is 100% remotely based in the US.
