About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, requirement definition, and execution of development projects
- Collaborate closely with engineers and designers to push feature development
- Define product specifications, create wireframes, and design workflows
- Propose product improvements based on user insights and business needs
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams for cross-functional alignment
- Set KPIs, analyze performance data, and conduct post-release evaluations
- Drive continuous improvement in user experience and product quality
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of product or project management experience in web or app development
- Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams to define and drive product development
- Experience using user feedback and KPI data to plan and execute product improvements
- Conversational Japanese proficiency (N3 level or above)
