Accountabilities
- Develop and optimize NLG models for conversational AI systems in automotive applications
- Translate complex data and contextual information into natural, coherent, and contextually appropriate language outputs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and UX designers to integrate NLG solutions into product offerings
- Implement and maintain scalable software solutions for production environments
- Conduct testing, validation, and evaluation of NLG systems to ensure high-quality outputs
- Participate in innovation projects to advance the capabilities of AI-driven voice assistants
- Document models, processes, and algorithms to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing across teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, AI, or related field
- Proven experience in NLG, NLP, or AI-based language technologies
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++, and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with data preprocessing, model training, and evaluation for natural language applications
- Solid understanding of linguistic structures, syntax, semantics, and context modeling
- Ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
- Preferred: experience in automotive AI, speech technologies, or conversational AI systems
