About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and hands-on Art Director with a strong background in gaming, casino, and sports betting industries. This is a full-time remote role for a professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can deliver world-class design assets across multiple markets.
The ideal candidate will combine creative vision with executional ability, leading outsourced designers and ensuring that all deliverables are aligned with brand identity, campaign goals, and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the creative direction for all visual assets across digital campaigns in the gaming, casino, and sports betting verticals.
Manage and collaborate with outsourced designers, providing clear creative briefs, feedback, and quality control.
Be hands-on in design creation, producing static banners, social media assets, and short-form video content.
Ensure that all creative assets are optimized for performance marketing (CTR, engagement, conversions).
Work closely with marketing and product teams to align creative strategies with business objectives.
Maintain consistency of brand identity across global markets.
Stay ahead of industry design trends, competitive benchmarks, and evolving creative technologies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Art Director (or Senior Designer stepping up) in the gaming, casino, or sports betting industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing static banners and video ads tailored to performance-driven campaigns.
Ability to manage and mentor outsourced designers, ensuring deadlines and quality are met.
Proficiency with industry-standard tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects or similar).
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Global experience working across multiple regions and cultural markets.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance multiple projects at once.
Self-starter, proactive, and comfortable working in a fully remote environment.
