THE ROLE

We are looking for a highly skilled mobile developer proficient in both native iOS and Flutter to work on applications with millions of downloads. In this role, you will assist our R&D team in coding, testing, and maintaining various iOS apps using the latest technologies, including AI tools, across both iOS and Flutter-based projects. You will be part of our R&D team and collaborate closely with other developers, designers, and QA testers in an agile environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define app specifications, design, and architecture
• Implement best practices in app development, UI/UX, and coding standards
• Monitor app performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for efficiency.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Must-have:

• 3+ years of experience in Flutter development (Dart) and building cross-platform apps
• 5+ years of experience in native iOS development (Swift)
• Strong UI and animation skills for both native iOS and Flutter
• Experience with platform channels and native integrations in Flutter
• Proficiency in Flutter ecosystem libraries (Provider, Riverpod, BLoC, etc.)
• Experience with UIKit and SwiftUI
• Proficiency in Swift
• Expertise in multithreading and memory management
• Familiarity with commonly used iOS components and libraries
• Solid understanding of mobile advertisement and IAP
• Proven track record of developing apps released on App Store (100,000+ downloads)
• Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Objective-C
• Familiarity with Android deployment

We are a distributed team of more than 150 people, all working remotely and communicating partially synchronously (we usually overlap with our teams for 5 hours daily and are free to work on some of the tasks whenever it suits us best).
